B5 Brass @ SSD

The amazing B5 Brass visited the SSD in May and once more introduced the students to brass instruments in an interactive presentation with high quality performances of familiar music favourites. There was also student participation in helping the performers create different kids of music effects through the use of mutes, and a short verbal explanation for several learning points such as the kinds of brass instruments, historical use and development, how sound is produced, etc.
